You are invited to submit posters for a lunchtime poster session on September 5th

Poster Topics:
Posters must be relevant to the event theme of toxicity prediction, focusing on toxicity studies.
Abstract Submission:
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Lhasa Limited Symposium project committee who will meet soon after the deadline for submissions to decide which posters will be accepted for the event session.

Abstracts with substantial commercial content will not be approved.

Only posters approved by Lhasa Limited prior to the event will be displayed during the poster session.

Poster Abstract Guidelines/Instructions:

  • By submitting an abstract you are confirming that if your abstract is accepted you or one of your co-authors has every intention of attending NHTP3 to present a poster. Please provide the name and email address of the presenting author.


  • Please type the abstract title in sentence case (using a capital letter for the first letter of each word.) Submissions must have a title to be considered for the program.


  • Abstract text should be typed single-spaced in one paragraph. Please do not exceed 500 words (350 to 400 words is preferred.) All references included in the text should be accompanied by the full citation, including author's names, title, journal name, volume, number, inclusive paging, and year of publication. (Please note: The abstract title and author information is not counted against the word limit and should not appear in the body of the abstract.)


  • Abstracts found to be lacking in sufficient clarity, relation to the meeting topic areas, or scientific content may be rejected.


  • Please check your abstract rigorously for errors and accuracy before submission as we may be unable to correct errors in the submitted abstract.


  • Abstract submissions must be completed by July 31st 2012.


  • Please send your abstract to marketing@lhasalimited.org by 31st July 2012.


  • (Abstracts submitted after this deadline may not be accepted for review.)

    Lhasa Limited will issue instructions for poster production to authors on completion of the approval process.
